The living room features a cozy fireplace, perfect for snuggling up with your loved ones and watching a movie together. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the appliances and utensils you'll need to whip up delicious meals for your family, and the adjacent dining area is the perfect place to enjoy them together. One of the highlights of our home is the mountain-themed kids' bunk room, which is sure to happily surprise the kids & teenagers in your family. It's equipped with comfortable bunk beds, a 55" smart TV, and fun mountain mural to keep them entertained throughout their stay. We have a toddler and know they are busy busy busy. Let’s keep them creatively learning with the children’s books and toys 🧸 found in the game room / bonus room. Adults, you get to relax and unwind. Outdoors, our covered patio is the perfect place to do so. You can also stay indoors and curl up on the fluffy couch and watch a movie or simply chat by the fire. Don’t even worry about parking in the crowds. We're just a short walk away from the local shops and restaurants, where you can explore and indulge in delicious food. You can also play a game of pickleball at the nearby courts. No trip to Bear Lake is complete without a visit to the lake itself. Our home is just a short drive from the lake, where you can enjoy swimming, boating, fishing, and more. The lake is surrounded by stunning scenery, with the majestic mountains providing a breathtaking backdrop for your vacation. There is plenty of outdoor parking for your boat, snowmobiles, ATVs, jet skis and more! An EV charger is in the game room (previously the garage) to ensure that you can charge your EV vehicle conveniently and comfortably during your stay. The converted game room (previously the garage) is equipped with various activities for the whole family.
